It appears you have installed the patches but haven't enabled them in Luma3DS yet. For those to work, you need to enable "Enable loading external FIRMs and modules" in the Luma3DS settings. To access settings, power off the console and then press {select_button} while powering on {power_button} the console.
Il semble que vous avez installé les patchs mais qu'elles ne sont pas encore activées dans Luma3DS. Pour que ceux-ci fonctionnent, vous devez activer «Enable loading external FIRMs and modules» dans les réglages de Luma3DS. Pour y accéder, éteignez la console et maintenez {select_button} pendant que la console s'allume {power_button}.
