"Rustine" est un mot presque inconnu, et "Correctif" est faux: les patchs effectuent des modifications, pas des corrections. Wikipédia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patch_(informatique)) utilise "Patch" comme premier terme, et indique que "retouche" est recommandé en français. Toutefois, il paraît plus clair pour le "gameur" lambda d'utiliser directement "patch". Le Larousse indique "Patchs" comme pluriel. 11 days ago
